Storm Damage

The power of the weather is frighening.

Tonight at a few minutes before 7 pm eastern standard time we had a fierce storm. A hard rain fell and lightening streaked across the sky. I was at work and I received a frantic phone call from Linny, my wife, urging me to come home right away. Our home had been hit by a tornado.

I don't know if was a tornado, but it was an incredible wind as it uprooted a tree in our front yard. In the yard across the street my neighbor had two trees that were shattered. My wife said that our whole house shook from it's foundation

My wife and I are exhausted from the ordeal. I don't know if there is further damage. Time will tell.
